Maeghen is also a motivational and public speaker, corporate health and wellness coordinator, and offers personal training, self-defense, life coaching, fitness classes, and diet plans. With a 5500 sq foot fully equipped martial arts/fitness studio and over 1000 active athletes, Maeghen is the driving force behind 5 Elements Martial Arts and the main training center for Team Canada.
