PitchCentric

For Agencies

Every client, one workspace.

Booking agencies run on Airtable, Apollo, and a dozen Gmail tabs held together by hand. PitchCentric replaces the stack with one multi-client workspace: white-label, stealth-client, and billable per client.

The problem

The agency stack does not scale with the account list.

A booking agency's operations are usually a database of shows, a contact tool, and a set of inboxes, coordinated by a lead who holds the whole picture in their head. It works at five clients. At twenty it becomes the constraint: every new account adds another spreadsheet tab, another set of logins, and another place a reply can go missing. Growth is capped by how many accounts one operator can hold in memory, not by demand.

The billing model makes it worse. Tools priced per seat punish you for adding the operators that let you take on more clients. The economics should run the other way: cost should scale with clients, which is what you bill for, not with the people doing the work.

The workflow

Built for the way agencies actually work.

One workspace, a walled pipeline per client, unlimited operators, and billing that tracks your revenue instead of your headcount.

STEP01

Create a client workspace

STEP01

A workspace per client

Each client gets its own profiles, target lists, and pipeline, isolated from every other account. Stealth-client mode means no data ever crosses between clients.

STEP02

White-label everything

Client-facing dashboards and reports carry your agency's brand, not ours. The client experiences your system of record; PitchCentric stays behind the curtain.

STEP03

Bill per client, not per seat

Add operators without adding cost. Agency plans bill per client at $199, or $399 for Pro, so the price follows the revenue rather than the team running it.

What Agencies get

The agency operating layer,
in one place.

If a comparison of the agency model against software is what you need, the booking agency cost breakdown lays out the honest math.

Multi-client workspaces with per-client isolation and stealth-client mode

Per-client billing that scales with revenue, not seats, with unlimited operators

Send from each client's own Gmail or Outlook, with replies routed back to the right pipeline

White-label dashboards and reporting under your own brand

Cross-client analytics: pitches, reply rates, and bookings rolled up across every account

FAQs

Every question we get asked before
someone starts their trial.

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.

How does agency pricing work?

Agency plans bill per client, not per seat. Agency Standard is $199 per client plus $39 per additional profile; Agency Pro is $399 per client and adds priority support, an SLA, a dedicated success manager, and advanced analytics. Operators and team members are unlimited, so you scale accounts without scaling headcount cost. The 15-day free trial runs on the full plan, card required.

Can clients see that they are on a shared platform?

No. White-label dashboards carry your brand, and stealth-client mode keeps each client's data walled off from every other. A client sees their own pipeline and reporting, presented as your agency's system, with no PitchCentric branding in the client-facing view.

Does every client send from their own inbox?

Yes. Each client profile connects its own Gmail or Outlook account, so pitches send from the real address a producer expects and replies route back to the correct client pipeline. Deliverability follows the sending domain, not a shared platform relay.

Can I see performance across all clients at once?

Cross-client analytics roll every account into one view: pitches sent, reply rates, and bookings per client, so you can spot which accounts need attention and report agency-wide numbers without stitching spreadsheets together.
