How we score every podcast

Pod Score is PitchCentric's primary ranking metric for podcast outreach prioritization. It combines five data signals into a single 0-100 number that reflects a podcast's value as a guest appearance target.

Audience Score is PitchCentric's composite measure of a podcast's platform reach and growth trajectory. It aggregates signals from Spotify, YouTube, Apple Podcasts, and review velocity into a single 0-100 number.

Booking Probability is a 0-100 percentage that estimates how likely a given podcast is to book you as a guest, given your specific profile, pod score, and the podcast's historical booking patterns.

Required Pod Score reflects the minimum guest expertise and media presence level that a podcast typically expects. It is the bar you need to clear to have a realistic chance of booking a specific show.
