DIFFvelopment is a global Black-led organization restoring historical understanding, economic confidence, and visionary leadership across the Black world. Founded in 2015 by Esi Kagale Agyeman Gillo and Peter Markeeo Gillo, DIFFvelopment began with a simple truth: When Black people understand their history, they lead, build, and give differently. Our mission is to re-empower the global Black community through historically centered education that activates leadership, entrepreneurship, and generational wealth. We support young Black leaders through three flagship programs: • Consultrepreneurship – Historically grounded leadership development, real consulting experience, and community-minded venture creation. • Black Generational Wealth Program – Practical financial planning rooted in historical context, identity, and long-term wealth-building discipline. • Council on Global Black Development (CGBD) Fellowship – A research collective producing Africana-centered scholarship that informs policy, philanthropy, and community transformation. Our theory of change moves through three stages: Psychological Re-empowerment – Participants reclaim identity, history, and purpose. Economic Advancement – They gain business training, financial confidence, and actionable wealth strategies. Legacy-Building – Alumni launch ventures, lead initiatives, and reinvest in their communities. Over 3,500 young Black people across the U.S., Africa, and the wider diaspora have engaged with our programs. Alumni emerge with restored identity, strengthened self-belief, and disciplined wealth-building habits, enabling them to create economic opportunity and multi-generational impact. The DIFF Center, our global online learning hub, expands this mission through masterclasses, workshops, and digital tools rooted in historical truth and actionable wealth-building. DIFFvelopment exists to develop the Black world differently—through truth, vision, and generational impact.

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
