FullStack Modular is merging offsite volumetric modular construction with new technologies to bring an unprecedented level of control, predictability, and scalability to multifamily development. FullStack Modular (FSM) began its life as F.C. Modular, the company responsible for the construction of the world's tallest volumetric modular building, 461 Dean Street in Brooklyn, NY. In Forest City's 2016 transition to becoming a REIT, Forest City SVP Roger Krulak founded FullStack Modular which purchased F.C. Modular's IP, its Brooklyn Navy Yard facility and equipment. The new company benefits from the learnings of 461 Dean and a team—many of whom worked with FC Modular and SHoP Architecture—with decades technological construction, architecture, design, and development experience. FSM is now leading a technological renaissance in the construction industry—an industry with one of the lowest rates of technological adoption of all major industries, which devotes less than 1% of revenue to R&D, and which hasn't seen productivity gains in decades. Through the use building information modeling, proprietary technology, offsite construction, and in-house supply chain management, FSM takes a fully integrated approach to design, manufacturing, and construction. The result is a simplified development process with cost savings up to 15% and time savings of 25-50% versus conventional site-built construction. FSM is one of America's only steel-framed modular builders and is capable of building modular buildings from seven to 45 stories. Focusing on multi-story, multifamily residential, hospitality, dormitories, and hospital rooms, FSM serves cities all along the eastern seaboard. FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
