Girls Fight Back's mission is to provide practical and empowering options for women, girls and people of all gender identities to learn violence prevention, personal safety, awareness, boundary setting and physical self-defense techniques in a fun, supportive, judgement free and upbeat environment. We offer several gender inclusive programs designed to make preventing violence and fighting back an approachable topic for everyone. Girls Fight Back has reached over 1 million people worldwide at colleges, K-12 schools, corporations, conventions, the US military and private groups with our live, high energy, interactive seminars designed to help people live a safer life, feel more confident in their options and be their own best protector.
