The Restorative Roots Project (RRP) was founded in 2021 after the passing of House Bill 2204 in Oregon, which directed the Oregon Criminal Justice Commission (CJC) to fund programs to establish and implement restorative justice (RJ) initiatives throughout the state. Grant funding was awarded by the CJC to The Insight Alliance, who partnered with community members, organizations, and system partners to create and oversee the RRP program. RRP was established as an alternative to incarceration, pre-indictment RJ program, receiving referrals from the Multnomah County District Attorney's office with support from the Metropolitan Public Defender's office. As 2023 began, RRP started the separation process from The Insight Alliance, becoming their own 501(c)3 Non-profit organization, and expanding their RJ services. Stephen, Brandon, and Shaylie were hired in 2022 to run the program. Bringing skills such as Equity Informed Mediation, RJ Facilitation and much more. As RRP becomes its own entity, we are striving to build a name for ourselves as restorative justice community practitioners with the goal of healing and rebuilding the community in multiple ways. In a world quick to judge and isolate, the Restorative Roots Project takes a different path. We believe in the power of collective healing and transformation. Every wound inflicted upon an individual resonates throughout a community, and it's only together that these scars can truly heal. By fostering understanding between harmed parties and responsible parties, we don't just mend individual lives; we rebuild entire communities. We see beyond the hurt, beyond the mistakes, diving deep into the roots of conflicts and emerging with solutions that not only address the present but also paves the way for a harmonious future. We're not just about resolving conflicts; we're about rewriting life stories.

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
