management consulting
CKC Cares Ventures Ltd is a UK-based human-centred AI and behavioural governance consultancy. We help organisations understand, test and respond to the human impact of technology, AI and digital transformation. Our work focuses on the psychological, behavioural, cultural and organisational dimensions of emerging technologies. We support leaders, institutions and governments that want to innovate responsibly, strengthen oversight and build more resilient systems. We combine AI governance, human harm testing, adversarial evaluation, digital resilience, organisational adaptation and behavioural insight to identify risks and opportunities that traditional technology-focused approaches often miss. We work with organisations that need practical support, not vague theory. Our services include strategic advisory, governance assessments, organisational diagnostics, human harm testing, adversarial evaluation, leadership development, executive coaching, workforce readiness programmes, training, workshops, facilitation and public speaking. We work with governments, ministries, regulators, educational institutions, charities, professional bodies and organisations seeking practical, human-centred approaches to AI adoption, governance and digital change. As part of the CKC Cares Group ecosystem, our work is complemented by CKC Cares CIC, our community interest company focused on digital resilience, education and community capability. Together, we support organisations, communities and individuals in navigating the human impact of technology and digital change. At CKC Cares Ventures, we believe technology changes systems. Our role is to help organisations understand what happens to the humans inside those systems, and to build more accountable, resilient and human-centred futures.

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
