The NICU Translator® exists to bring more joy and less trauma to the neonatal intensive care experience—for babies, families, and the professionals who support them. Founded by Mary Farrelly, a certified NICU nurse, professionally-trained doula, and nurse educator, The NICU Translator bridges the gap between complex medical systems and the real, human experience of families navigating life in—and after—the NICU. With over a decade of experience in Level IV NICU care and a passion for family-centered, trauma-informed support, Mary created this platform to educate, equip, and empower both families and professionals. Through a growing suite of educational resources and trainings—including our signature NICU Doula Academy certification program and Thriving Beyond the NICU workshops—we provide specialized, evidence-based content for doulas, newborn care specialists (NCS), elite nannies, postpartum professionals, and more. Our mission is to prepare caregivers to confidently support NICU and preemie families with compassion, clarity, and skill. We believe: Families deserve informed, respectful, and collaborative care—no matter where their journey begins. Professionals should feel equipped, not intimidated, by the NICU experience. Emotional and developmental support are just as vital as medical care. Whether you're a support professional seeking advanced training or a parent looking for compassionate resources, The NICU Translator offers the tools, knowledge, and guidance to move from crisis to confidence. Let's change the NICU narrative—together.

FAQs
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
