About Anas
Anas Sarwar is a Scottish Labour and Co-operative politician who has served as the Leader of the Scottish Labour Party since 2021. He has represented Glasgow as a regional member of the Scottish Parliament since 2016 and previously served as the Member of Parliament for Glasgow Central from 2010 to 2015. Born in Glasgow to Pakistani Muslim parents, Sarwar was educated at Hutchesons' Grammar School and studied general dentistry at the University of Glasgow. He practiced as a dentist in Paisley before being elected to Parliament. In 2010, he succeeded his father, Mohammad Sarwar, as MP for Glasgow Central. During his time in the House of Commons, he served as Deputy Leader of the Scottish Labour Party from 2011 to 2014. After losing his seat in the 2015 general election to the Scottish National Party, he was elected to the Scottish Parliament via the Glasgow regional list in 2016. Sarwar ran for Scottish Labour leader in 2017 but was defeated by Richard Leonard. He was elected leader in 2021 and led the party into the Scottish Parliament election, which resulted in the party remaining in opposition. He ran again in the 2026 Scottish Parliament election, standing for Glasgow Cathcart and Pollok, but was defeated by SNP's Zen Ghani; however, he was re-elected on the Glasgow regional list. Sarwar has publicly called for Prime Minister Keir Starmer to resign amid the Peter Mandelson scandal, having previously supported Starmer during the 2024 UK general election.

What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
