About Barry
Barry Trotz, born on July 15, 1962, is a Canadian ice hockey executive, former player, and coach. He currently serves as an advisor with the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League (NHL) and previously held the position of general manager for the team. Throughout his coaching career, Trotz has served as head coach for the Predators, Washington Capitals, and New York Islanders. Known for his defensive-minded coaching style, he ranks fourth all-time in NHL coaching wins, behind Scotty Bowman, Joel Quenneville, and Paul Maurice. Trotz earned recognition in the American Hockey League (AHL) as the coach of the Baltimore Skipjacks and Portland Pirates, leading the Pirates to an AHL championship in 1994 and receiving the Louis A. R. Pieri Memorial Award that same year. He was the longest-tenured head coach in the NHL from February 20, 2013, when Lindy Ruff was fired by the Buffalo Sabres, until 2014. Trotz served as the head coach of the Capitals from 2014, leading the team to its first Stanley Cup championship in 2018. He then became head coach of the Islanders in June 2018, a position he held until the end of the 2021–22 season when the team missed the playoffs.

What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
