He graduated from the United States Military Academy in 1980 and began his military career as an infantry officer, serving in various roles including platoon leader and company executive officer in the 2nd Armored Division (Forward) in Germany. Hodges also served with the 101st Airborne Division and later became an instructor at the U.S. Army Infantry School at Fort Benning. His education includes studies at the Command and General Staff College at Fort Leavenworth and graduation from the School of Advanced Military Studies. He held multiple positions, such as G-3 of the 2nd Infantry Division in South Korea, aide-de-camp to the Supreme Allied Commander Europe, and battalion commander in the 101st Airborne Division. Hodges was involved in operations during the Iraq War, commanding the 1st Brigade of the 101st Airborne during Operation Iraqi Freedom. His further roles included serving as G-3 of the XVIII Airborne Corps, CJ3 of Multi-National Corps Iraq, and director of operations at Regional Command South in Afghanistan. He also led the Pakistan Afghanistan Coordination Cell at the Joint Staff and commanded Allied Land Command before assuming command of United States Army Europe in November 2014. Hodges held this position for three years prior to his retirement from the U.S. Army in January 2018. Since June 2022, he has been the Senior Advisor to Human Rights First and serves as the NATO Senior Mentor for Logistics.

A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.

Do you offer a free trial?

Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
