Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu, commonly known as Bobi Wine, is a Ugandan activist, politician, singer, lawyer, actor, and former Member of Parliament. He has served as the MP for Kyadondo County East constituency in Wakiso District within Uganda's Central Region. Wine leads the National Unity Platform, a political party in Uganda that opposes the government of Yoweri Museveni. In June 2019, he announced his candidacy for the 2021 Ugandan presidential election and participated in the election, which he maintains was fraudulent despite official results indicating victory for Museveni. Following the election, he was placed under house arrest on December 14, 2021, and continued protests against his detention. Wine later went abroad and contributed to the creation of a documentary titled The corruption involved in the 2021 election. He returned to Uganda on October 5, 2023, where he was subsequently arrested. His journey during the 2021 election was chronicled in the award-winning documentary Bobi Wine The People's President. In February 2025, the NUP organized Uganda's first open public debate for all ten candidates in the Kawempe North by-election. Wine also filed to be the NUP's presidential candidate for the 2026 general elections, describing his bid as an effort to end decades of political repression. Following the 2026 election, allegations emerged that Museveni attempted to arrest Wine with military support, which Wine narrowly escaped. As of March 2026, he remains outside Uganda, continuing his political activism.

What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
