About Chris
Christopher Charles Corbould, born in 1958, is a British special effects coordinator renowned for his work on major blockbuster films. He has contributed to the action scenes in 15 James Bond films beginning with The Spy Who Loved Me and has been extensively involved in the Superman and Batman film series with digital effects and stunts. Corbould has been recognized with two Honorary Doctorates, from Southampton Solent University in 2009 and the University of Hertfordshire in 2011. His work on the film Inception earned him the Academy Award for Best Visual Effects at the 83rd Academy Awards in 2011. He has also received recognition for cinematic stunts, notably setting a Guinness World Record for the largest film stunt explosion in Spectre and subsequently surpassing this record in No Time to Die with a total of 136.4 kilograms of TNT used. Corbould is the brother of Neil and Paul Corbould, who are also special effects supervisors. In 2011, he faced a trial for health and safety regulations related to the death of stunt technician Conway Wickliffe during the production of The Dark Knight but was found not guilty, as the incident was ruled an accident. Corbould was appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2014 for his services to film.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
