About David
David Richard Bull, born on 9 May 1969, is an English television presenter and politician with a background in medicine. He worked as a house officer and senior house officer at St Mary's Hospital, Ealing Hospital, and Whittington Hospital before beginning a career in broadcasting in 1995. Bull has appeared as a commentator on numerous programmes, including British television shows and the US program The Rachael Ray Show, as well as presenting Sugar Dome. In the political sphere, he was selected as the Conservative candidate for Brighton Pavilion in 2006 but stepped down in 2009 to lead a Conservative policy review on sexual health. He joined the Brexit Party, which later became Reform UK, in 2019 and was elected as a Member of the European Parliament for North West England in that year's election, serving until the UK's withdrawal from the EU in 2020. Bull served as Deputy Leader of Reform UK from 2021 to 2023 and as Co-Deputy Leader alongside Ben Habib from 2023 to 2024. He also stood in the 2024 general election in West Suffolk, securing 20.8% of the vote and finishing third. On 10 June 2025, he was appointed Chairman of Reform UK, a position he held until his resignation in May 2026. Additionally, Bull became a presenter on TalkTV in 2022.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
