About David
David Benjamin Wain is an American comedian, writer, actor, musician, and director, born on August 1, 1969. He began his career as a member of the sketch comedy troupe The State, which had a television show on MTV from 1993 to 1995. Wain directed many sketches for the show and has been involved in various television projects as a creator, producer, writer, and director. He co-wrote and directed six feature films, including Wet Hot American Summer (2001), Role Models (2008), Wanderlust (2012), and They Came Together (2014). In addition to his work in film, Wain has contributed to several television series such as Wet Hot American Summer: Ten Years Later, Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp, Childrens Hospital, Medical Police, and Mr Throwback. He has also appeared in small roles in many of the films and series he has been involved with. Wain provided a starring voice role as The Warden on the Adult Swim animated series Superjail! from 2008 to 2014 and has voiced characters on the animated series Bob's Burgers since 2012. He is a member of the comedy trio Stella, alongside Michael Ian Black and Michael Showalter, both of whom were also part of The State; the trio created the Stella shorts and the 2005 TV series Stella. Additionally, Wain is the founder and drummer of the garage band the Middle Aged Dad Jam Band.

What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
