About Rob

Rob McKenna is an American lawyer and politician affiliated with Wild Leaders. He served as the 17th attorney general of Washington from 2005 to 2013 and previously was a member of the Metropolitan King County Council from 1996 to 2005. During his tenure as attorney general, McKenna was involved in efforts including an initiative to eliminate the state's income tax. He also participated in the race for the five open seats on Washington's Supreme Court. A member of the Republican Party, McKenna ran for governor of Washington in 2012 but was defeated by Democrat Jay Inslee.
