About Eric
Eric M. Bieniemy Jr. is an American professional football coach and former player who is currently the offensive coordinator for the Chicago Bears. He played college football for the Colorado Buffaloes, where he set school records for rushing yards and touchdowns and was recognized as a unanimous All-American during their 1990 national championship season. Bieniemy was selected by the San Diego Chargers in the second round of the 1991 NFL draft and also played for the Cincinnati Bengals and Philadelphia Eagles, primarily as a special teams player. After his playing career, he returned to Colorado to complete his degree and began coaching, initially serving as the school's running backs coach. His coaching career also includes positions with the UCLA Bruins and the Minnesota Vikings, where he contributed to player development. Bieniemy was Colorado's offensive coordinator for two seasons before joining the Kansas City Chiefs in 2013 as their running backs coach. He played a key role in developing prominent players such as Jamaal Charles and Kareem Hunt. In 2018, he was promoted to offensive coordinator for the Chiefs under head coach Andy Reid, a role in which he contributed to their Super Bowl victories in Super Bowl LIV and Super Bowl LVII. He also served as the assistant head coach and offensive coordinator for Washington in 2023, and briefly as UCLA’s offensive coordinator before returning to the Chiefs as their offensive coordinator in 2026. In 2025, he joined the Bears as their running backs coach.

A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
