Jim Meehan was an American professional poker player and author of three cocktail books. Born on March 19, 1952, in Burnsville, Minnesota, he initially worked as a lawyer before turning to poker. Meehan began playing poker in the 1960s and started participating regularly in tournaments in 1997, achieving notable success including a second-place finish at the World Series of Poker in a limit hold'em event. In 2003, he won a WSOP bracelet in the $2,000 no limit hold'em event, defeating a final table that included prominent players such as Juha Helppi and Antonio Esfandiari. The same year, he secured a World Championship of Online Poker bracelet in the $500 buy-in limit hold'em event, besting nearly 700 opponents. Meehan made a single World Poker Tour final table during its third season, finishing sixth among notable competitors. He also reached the final table of the first season championship of the Ultimate Poker Challenge, finishing third despite challenges during the event. Known for his colorful personality at the table, Meehan often drank alcohol and engaged in banter with opponents. He played online under the usernames Actiondonkey and Actionmonkey on PokerStars and ParadisePoker, respectively. With live tournament winnings exceeding $1.4 million, over $648,000 of which came from his WSOP cashes, Meehan maintained a significant presence in the poker community. He was also the author of three cocktail books. Jim Meehan passed away on December 6, 2018, at the age of 66, leaving behind three children.

What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
