Thomas Michael Izzo, born January 30, 1955, is an American college basketball coach and the head coach at Michigan State University since 1995. Over his tenure, he has led the Spartans to eight Final Fours in the NCAA Tournament, including a National Championship in 2000 and a runner-up finish in 2009. His teams have secured 11 Big Ten regular season titles and six Big Ten tournament championships. Under his leadership, Michigan State has achieved the longest NCAA tournament streak at 28 consecutive appearances and set the Big Ten record for the longest home court winning streak from 1998 to 2002. Izzo has the most wins in school history and has never had a losing season as a head coach. His coaching excellence has been recognized through four national coach of the year awards. He is notable for his teams’ rebounding ability and defensive strength. As the longest-tenured coach in the Big Ten Conference, Izzo has tied the conference record with 11 regular season titles and holds the record for most Big Ten tournament wins with six. On March 8, 2022, he surpassed Bob Knight for the most wins by a Big Ten men's basketball coach, and on January 30, 2024, he earned his 700th career victory. He further surpassed Knight for the most Big Ten conference wins on February 15, 2025, with 354, and reached 750 career wins on January 5, 2026.

A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
