Accounting Voices is the only accounting show built for boardroom-level leadership conversations. Hosted by Rob Brown, it exists to interpret the structural forces placing accounting firms and their leaders under sustained pressure. AI. Private equity. Consolidation. Talent strain. Shifting client expectations. Operating models under stress. These are not emerging trends. They are realities reshaping how firms operate and how leaders make decisions right now. Where other accounting shows report news, share technical updates or offer tactical advice, Accounting Voices operates at a different altitude. This is a senior leadership platform built around structured seasonal inquiry. Each season focuses on one defined tension facing the profession. A curated cohort of senior firm leaders records focused conversations answering the same five disciplined questions. The result is not opinion or commentary. It is comparable cross-firm intelligence on how leadership decisions are actually being made inside accounting firms today. This format is unique in the profession. No other show asks the same structured questions of multiple senior leaders. No other show produces the kind of pattern recognition that emerges when managing partners, firm owners and PE-backed executives answer the same questions independently. And no other show synthesises those patterns into forward-looking interpretation designed for leaders who are accountable for outcomes and short on time. Previous seasons have examined AI reality inside firms, the future of advisory, leadership under pressure and the forces testing firm durability. Guests include firm owners and founders, managing partners, firm CEOs, PE-backed executives and senior operators from firms across North America. Every conversation is short, structured and designed to surface lived experience rather than theory. Rob Brown has conducted more than 1,000 interviews with leaders across accounting, fintech and professional services. His approach is rooted in pattern recognition. He listens across dozens of senior voices and synthesises what he hears into forward-looking interpretation that helps leaders see what is changing before it becomes visible in their own firms. He is not a commentator reacting to headlines. He is an interpreter of the structural shifts that compound quietly until they reshape entire firms. Accounting Voices is used by firm leaders and boardrooms to navigate change and support leadership teams under pressure. Partners share episodes internally to frame strategic conversations. Managing partners reference the series in leadership meetings and planning sessions. The show provides structured thinking for senior decision makers navigating complexity and ambiguity. This is not news. It is not education. It is not a vendor platform. It is not a guest submission show. Participation is by invitation only and limited to senior leaders whose lived experience directly informs the season theme. Every season is editorially independent. Sponsors do not shape topics, select guests or influence direction. The platform operates across all major podcast channels, YouTube and LinkedIn. It is syndicated through CPA Trendlines and distributed to accounting professionals globally. Accounting Voices also underpins private leadership conversations with firms, networks and associations. The same structured format is used in closed settings to help leadership teams align around the pressures they face internally. The public show is the proof of concept. The private work is where it lands. If you lead an accounting firm or sit inside one navigating structural change, this show was built for you. Not to tell you what to think. To help you think more clearly about what is already in front of you. Rob also hosts BACKED, a dedicated YouTube series examining capital, control and power inside accounting firms. BACKED is the only platform covering private equity, consolidation and independence in accounting at depth

Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
