After Reality with Courtney Robertson
New Beginnings, Fall Reset & Life Lessons with Papa Robertson
Fall feels like a fresh start this year. After a difficult summer, I’m settling into a new home and figuring out what this next chapter looks like. So I invited Papa Robertson back to talk about starting over and finding your footing when life doesn’t go the way you planned. We talk about what my 98-year-old grandmother has taught us about staying connected, taking care of yourself, and enjoying the simple things. Papa shares some of his favorite ways to lift your spirits, from getting outside and spending time in Sedona to visiting the library or sending someone a handwritten card. It’s a little bit of fall, a lot of Papa wisdom, and a reminder that even in the middle of change, there are still good days ahead. @rickrobertsun Theo of Golden: A Novel by Allen Levi, David Morse The Book of Virtues by William J.
