Aug 25, 202629 min
The meeting focused on the importance of mindset, with Dan leading a discussion about how mindset shapes reactions, interpretations, and outcomes in both personal and professional life. Dan emphasized that mindset is not just a buzzword, but the foundation for all results, and encouraged participants to be intentional about shaping their mindset rather than reacting unconsciously. He shared personal stories to illustrate how changing mindset can lead to different outcomes, and discussed strategies for building confidence by focusing on intentions and daily actions rather than solely on end goals. Dan also highlighted the value of tracking progress with tools like a "Greatness Tracker" to stay focused on daily improvements. The session concluded with a reminder that consistent, intentional effort on mindset and daily habits can lead to significant growth and success, regardless of external challenges.
Scripting: How to Say What You Need...to Get What You Want! Navigating Slow Market | Ed Laine | S24 E38
Aug 25, 202633 min
Ed Lane conducted a training session on how to navigate the real estate market during the slower season from September to January. He presented a structured strategy involving listing homes in September/October, temporarily removing them from the market by Halloween if they don't sell, and then relisting them on the third Thursday of January. Ed emphasized the importance of not offering opinions about timing to sellers, instead using statistics like December being his third highest transaction volume month, and explained how this strategy works by resetting days on market and capitalizing on buyer psychology after the holidays. During the Q&A portion, Alyson asked about competing listings in her neighborhood and whether to wait for a price reduction until after Labor Day, to which Ed advised against making changes during 3-day weekends and suggested framing the decision between going live the following Thursday or waiting until after Labor Day.
The Listing Isn't Selling! Now What!? | Matthew Hanks | S24 E35
Aug 25, 202636 min
Matthew conducted a Power Huddle training session focused on "The Listing Is Not Selling. Now What?" He discussed strategies for handling listings that have been on the market for 60+ days, emphasizing the importance of proper pricing from the beginning and setting clear expectations with sellers before problems arise. Matthew shared key principles including pricing properties right for the market, establishing regular communication schedules with clients, and implementing systems like weekly marketing updates and property maintenance to demonstrate activity. He stressed that successful home sales require a team effort between agents and sellers, with both parties sharing responsibility for the outcome rather than placing all the burden on the agent. Matthew also introduced a market response graphic showing how different levels of activity correspond to pricing strategies, from properties far above market value showing little activity to properly priced homes receiving strong offers and sales.
Mindset Monday: Working with your Brain Bully | Monica Graves | S24 E34
Aug 25, 202630 min
Monica delivered a presentation on "Working with Your Brain Bully," based on an article from Success Magazine by Lynn Smith. She discussed strategies for managing self-doubt and fear in real estate situations, including practicing meditation and gratitude, using the DISC assessment and Enneagram model to understand personality types, and implementing a four-step "brain bully method" involving naming, claiming, reframing, and taming fear. Monica shared personal examples of how she overcame self-doubt, particularly around organizing her business and public speaking, and applied these techniques to various real estate scenarios like listing consultations and market discussions with clients.
Scripting: How to Say What You Need...to Get What You Want! Database Reactivation | Ed laine | S24 E33
Aug 25, 202635 min
This transcript captures a "Scripting Fridays" training session led by Ed Lane, a real estate agent with 39 years of experience and over 3,000 sales. Ed focused on database reactivation strategies for real estate agents, emphasizing that the most valuable prospecting tool is an agent's existing database of past clients and contacts. He outlined a three-step framework: segment contacts into categories (hot, warm, cold, dead), set up trigger messages, and create follow-up sequences using multiple touch points across different channels. Ed shared specific scripting examples for re-engaging with past clients, including using current market updates, offering contractor referrals, and hosting client appreciation events with philanthropic elements. The session included a Q&A portion where Jodi asked about starting touch points and addressing Zillow's AVM (Automated Valuation Model) estimates, with Ed providing detailed responses about handling Zillow's credibility issues and using specific legal references like Senate Bill 5191 to build trust with prospects.
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
