Episode-138 Step into the world of Danny NoNo, founder of Big Eleanor Records
Step into the world of Danny NoNo, founder of Big Eleanor Records—an indie label with one mission: to help artists and projects reach their furthest creative potential. Based in Lancaster, PA, Big Eleanor Records began as a personal outlet for Danny’s punk rock pursuits and growth as a drummer, before quickly expanding into hip hop—a sound and focus that has remained at the core of the label. In the early years, Big El collaborated with Shaw Calhoue, and as Danny’s role evolved from artist to manager, the label shifted into building something bigger than a roster—connecting with surrounding cities and scenes to grow a thriving underground network. By 2024, Big Eleanor Records expanded its family, adding Adrian Rose and Laddie Moran, bringing the roster to three active artists. Since 2021, Big El has been consistently releasing creativity, momentum, and new voices—cementing itself as a home for authentic expression and forward-thinking sound. If you’re into underground culture, real artistic development, and the stories behind the movement, this episode is for you. We would LOVE to hear what you think. Please drop a line.
