The Clients Who Were Never Going To Find You
Jul 28, 202616 min
If your work arrives in unpredictable bursts, this episode shows why you may not have a visibility problem, but a pipeline problem. You will learn how a simple, consistent LinkedIn outreach system can create inbound enquiries from ideal-fit clients, without daily posting or chasing the algorithm. We break down the maths behind a steady 20-a-day connection habit, why pitching in the first message fails, and how to use a “connect, give, invite” sequence that starts real conversations. You will also hear why the real asset is capturing relationships on channels you own, not just growing your LinkedIn network. The episode also explains what’s inside the free, on-demand training that walks through the full system end to end. Key topics covered: - Content vs direct outreach and why “hoping” is not a strategy - LinkedIn connection maths and realistic reply rates - The biggest outreach mistake: pitching too early - What to offer instead: a useful asset that earns follow-up - Targeting, messaging sequences, and building an email-based pipeline Free training: https://kaffeen.co/free-training Free workshop: The Invisible Pipeline Want a steady stream of ideal clients from LinkedIn — without posting, ads, or cold pitching? Watch my free 60-minute on-demand workshop and learn the system that puts you in front of 100 perfect-fit prospects every week, in just 10 minutes a day. Watch now: https://kaffeen.co/free-training

How to Build Everyday Demand, with Natalie Daly
Jul 20, 202631 min
Natalie Daley joins the Authority Builder podcast to explain how experienced coaches and service pros can create “everyday demand” so weekly sales become normal, not dependent on make-or-break launches. We unpack what daily demand looks like in practice, why you can never outgrow your reputation, and how to build a steady pipeline that gives you early warning signs when sales dip. Natalie shares her framework: Reputation (in-demand positioning and messaging), Runway (an offer ecosystem that keeps clients in momentum), and Reach (bringing in cold, warm, and hot audiences consistently). We also cover the “energy cap becomes a revenue cap” trap, how to keep launches while making them optional, and why private podcasts can compress the sales cycle. Key topics covered: Launch optional growth and recurring revenue Reputation-led positioning and authority Cold, warm, hot audience segmentation Offer suite design and client journeys Private podcasts as mini-funnels (3 to 5 episodes) Organic Instagram and podcast guesting for lead generation Simple metrics: list growth and sales Links and resources: Private podcast opt-in: https://nataliedaly.com/demand

Jun 22, 202641 min
Park Howell joins Charlotte to share how he built authority and enterprise-level demand through storytelling, podcasting, and a proprietary framework. Park explains his early transition from running an ad agency to growing Business of Story, including how the US Air Force became a client after discovering his podcast. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
