96 | Why It's Getting Harder to Come Up With Content Ideas
Aug 18, 202618 minS1
Have you ever sat down to create content only to realize that coming up with what to say takes ten times longer than it used to? In this episode, I share why struggling to create content is rarely an "idea problem" it is a direction problem. We break down why content calendars and templates fail when you lack a ranking criteria, how to treat your content strategy like a courtroom argument, and the three step framework to align every post, podcast, and offer with your core business message. -------------------- In today's episode: Why batching, calendars, and Notion templates fail when you do not already have proven ideas Behind the scenes: Why it took me three days to choose one episode title (and what it revealed about my process) The real reason you feel blocked: Options without a ranking criteria lead to decision fatigue How to view your content strategy like a lawyer building a case for a jury Why there are no bad ideas, only immature ideas or ideas that do not push your thesis forward The three step framework to define what you are trying to prove and eliminate unaligned topic choices How to audit your last ten pieces of content to quickly realign your overall message -------------------- Donate to Venezuela Earthquake Relief Fund: https://www.jqfoundation.org/venezuela-earthquake-relief -------------------- Book a Call to learn more about the 12 week group experience: https://calendly.com/eugenia-woo/discovery -------------------- Say HI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eugenia.woo
95 | How to talk about your offer without sounding like an infomercial
Aug 11, 202614 minS1
Have you ever worried about sounding like a late night infomercial when you talk about your offers? In this episode, I share the hilarious story of how I got scammed by a vibrating ab belt at fifteen, and how that exact same energy is being used to sell in the online space today. We explore how to confidently pitch your offer every single day (without making wild promises or feeling like a fraud). -------------------- In today's episode: The danger of the online infomercial style and why making wild claims causes cognitive dissonance Why you need to get hyper clear on the exact problem you solve, rather than just listing product features How to go deeper by describing the physical and emotional symptoms of your ideal client's problem Why repetition in your marketing does not have to feel fake (and how to reframe it as an honest invitation) Three simple steps to talk about your business every day without triggering mental alarms for your audience Details on my new 12 week group experience for coaches and consultants ready to optimize their podcast for conversions -------------------- Donate to Venezuela Earthquake Relief Fund: https://www.jqfoundation.org/venezuela-earthquake-relief -------------------- Book a Call to learn more about the 12 week group experience: https://calendly.com/eugenia-woo/discovery -------------------- Say HI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eugenia.woo
94 | I'm Relaunching My Podcast. Here's Everything I'm Changing and Why.
Aug 4, 202626 minS1
Have you ever felt like your content lost its original spark because you tried to make it "too strategic"? Or maybe you're sitting on a show idea that lacks a clear business direction? In this episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of my decision to rebrand and relaunch this podcast as we approach Episode 100. I share the evolution and hard-learned lessons from my past podcasts, why going all in on pure strategy can strip the soul out of your brand, and how to combine strategy and soul to build a show that actually grows your business. In today’s episode: The evolution of my podcasting journey across three different shows since 2017 Why "launch energy" isn't enough to keep a show going (and the systems you need for long-term sustainability) The key difference between running a podcast as a creative hobby vs. a strategic business engine Why you need both soul (your worldview and values) and strategy (monetization, titles, and workflows) for content that converts How to treat your audience as executive producers so you always serve their exact needs What to expect from the upcoming podcast rebrand leading into Episode 100 --------- Donate to Venezuela Earthquake Relief Fund: https://www.jqfoundation.org/venezuela-earthquake-relief --------- Book a Call to learn more about Big Brand Moment: 5 founding spots open at the lowest price this will ever be: https://calendly.com/eugenia-woo/discovery --------- Say HI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eugenia.woo

Donate to Venezuela Earthquake Relief Fund: https://www.jqfoundation.org/venezuela-earthquake-relief —----------------- Are you tired of feeling like you have to post every single day and perform for social media algorithms just to get recognized in your industry? In this episode, I break down why you don't actually hate visibility—you just hate what social media makes visibility feel like. We explore how to let your expertise and ideas do the heavy lifting, why long-form content is the ultimate escape hatch from the daily posting grind, and the one crucial step most experts skip that turns listeners into clients without feeling salesy. In today’s episode, you’ll learn: Why the daily social media grind is a platform requirement, not a marketing best practice How to get recognized in your industry through your ideas instead of putting on a "BFF" act online How clients actually decide you’re the real deal (and why standard self-promotion posts don't work) Why 25 minutes of deep thinking outperforms 90 days of daily posting Real case study: How one podcast grew from 5,000 to 12,000 downloads a month and outperformed every other channel combined The #1 mistake experts make with their podcast calls to action—and why pitching high-ticket offers every episode is backfiring How to reframe selling as an act of hospitality rather than desperation —----------------- Donate to JQ Foundation's Venezuela earthquake relief efforts: https://www.jqfoundation.org —----------------- ✨ Book a 1:1 Brand Reset to get clear on your message Clarify your positioning and message focus so that showing up online feels clear, confident, and exciting again. https://eugeniawoo.com/brand —----------------- Say HI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eugenia.woo
92 | Instagram or a Podcast? Where Your Business Actually Grows
Jul 21, 202615 minS1
Should you be spending your energy on Instagram, or is it time to finally start a podcast? In this episode, I break down exactly where Instagram hits a ceiling, why blogs, newsletters, Substack, and YouTube all fall short as a long-form home, and why podcasting is the one format that gets discovered without an existing audience, compounds instead of expiring, and can feed every other piece of content you'll ever make. In today’s episode: Why the old "post twice a week" Instagram advice is actively working against you now The one limit Instagram will always have, no matter how good your content gets Why a blog, a newsletter, even Substack all fall short as your one long-form home, and the data behind it How a podcast can become every other piece of content you'll ever need: blog posts, newsletter ideas, YouTube, feeding your whole ecosystem from one recording Why podcasts get discovered with zero commitment required, and how Spotify's algorithm is opening doors for smaller shows The real difference between Instagram and podcasting: one expires, the other compounds The first step to take if you're finally ready to start, or fix, your show Donate to JQ Foundation's Venezuela earthquake relief efforts: https://www.jqfoundation.org/venezuela-earthquake-relief Book a Call to learn more about Big Brand Moment: 5 founding spots open at the lowest price this will ever be: https://calendly.com/eugenia-woo/discovery Say HI on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/eugenia.woo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.

Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
