Ep 186: Alignment Part 2
Reflecting on alignment in any area of our lives is a complex practice. First, it requires self-alignment, being grounded in our intuition while exploring ideas in our minds (the ego’s playground). Then, we can reflect on our alignment with the people and objects in the external world. Furthermore, we can reflect on divine alignment, the acknowledgement and acceptance of our current circumstances. At the same time, the more we reflect, the more time and energy we spend in our minds. This can lead us into the ego’s trap because our attention is typically pulled away from our intuitive feelings. So, although we may convince ourselves that we are aligned, we may actually be misaligned. Alignment is an ongoing practice of listening to intuition and heart first and more often than logic.
