Lucas and Luna sit down each episode with a professional career coach, a corporate talent strategist, or a vocational psychologist to examine how real people navigate job transitions, promotions, and industry shifts. Rather than offering generic advice, they dissect specific career paths — from a marketing manager pivoting to product management to a veteran engineer facing a layoff at 50 — and ask the hard questions: What data should you actually use to negotiate a raise? How do you evaluate a company's internal mobility track before accepting an offer? Why do most networking attempts fail, and what works instead? Each conversation is grounded in named case studies, anonymized but real, and the numbers that matter: salary bands, promotion timelines, industry attrition rates. Lucas pushes for concrete frameworks — the two-question method for informational interviews, the 'three-year rule' for evaluating a role's ceiling — while Luna tests them against her own experience and the listener

Why Your Resume Format Is Losing You Interviews
Sep 28, 202611 minS5
Most professionals assume their resume is a document to be read. In reality, it is data to be parsed. We examine how the Applicant Tracking System creates a hidden barrier for qualified candidates, specifically focusing on the structural errors that cause automated rejection before a human eye ever sees your name. Lucas and Luna break down the specific formatting choices that trigger algorithmic flags in September 2026, offering concrete fixes for career mobility. #CareerStrategy #ResumeTips #ApplicantTrackingSystem #JobSearchAdvice #HiringTrends2026 #CareerCoaching #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #ATSOptimization #ResumeFormatting #JobSeekersGuide #ProfessionalDevelopment #RecruitmentTech #CareerGrowth #InterviewPrep #WorkplaceEconomy #SmartJobSearch #CareerMobility Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Lucas and Luna explore the paradox of upward mobility: why your last promotion might be your biggest career risk. They examine how moving from individual contributor to manager shifts your value metric from personal output to team enablement, often leaving high performers stuck in execution mode. Using data on internal mobility friction and the silent tax of unseen work, they break down why staying in a role where you are still doing the job you were promoted from is a slow career killer. This episode offers a concrete framework for auditing your current responsibilities against your new title's expectations, helping listeners identify when they are being promoted into a competency trap rather than a leadership opportunity. #CareerGrowth #LeadershipDevelopment #InternalMobility #PromotionParadox #IndividualContributor #ManagementSkills #CareerAudit #SkillStagnation #WorkplaceStrategy #ProfessionalCoaching #CareerDebt #JobDescription #PerformanceReview #TeamEnablement #CorporateAdvancement #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareerAdvice Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Why does staying put often cost more than leaving? In this episode, Lucas and Luna dissect the concept of 'career stagnation debt'—the compounding loss of market value that occurs when professionals delay external job moves for comfort or loyalty. Using data from recent labor market trends as of September twenty-sixth, two thousand twenty-six, they explore how internal mobility friction creates invisible career traps. The conversation covers specific signals that indicate it is time to audit your salary trajectory against external benchmarks, why internal title inflation rarely matches real-world compensation growth, and the strategic advantage of maintaining an active professional network even when you are not actively looking. If you have ever felt stuck in a role that looks good on paper but feels stagnant in practice, this episode provides a framework for evaluating your true earning potential and the hidden costs of staying loyal to a company that no longer aligns with your market value. #CareerStagnation #InternalMobility #SalaryNegotiation #MarketValue #ProfessionalGrowth #JobSearchStrategy #CompensationAnalysis #CareerDebt #LoyaltyCost #WorkplaceAdvancement #EarningPotential #CareerCoaching #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareersShow #LaborMarketTrends #ProfessionalDevelopment #EmployeeRetention Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most career advice assumes you leave a company because things went wrong. But what if the healthiest exit is one where everyone wins? We look at the mechanics of professional separation, using the example of a senior engineer who negotiated a six-month transition period to mentor their replacement, preserving relationships and reputation. This episode breaks down how to manage your departure so your network grows rather than shrinks. #CareerExit #ProfessionalGrace #ReputationManagement #ResignationStrategy #NetworkGrowth #WorkplaceEthics #EmployeeOffboarding #LucasAndLuna #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #Careers #LeadershipSkills #CorporateCulture #HumanResources #CareerAdvice #WorkLifeBalance #ProfessionalDevelopment #JobSearch Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Most internal job searches fail not because candidates lack skills, but because the process creates unbearable friction. We examine how bureaucratic hurdles—like mandatory tenure clocks, redundant reference checks, and opaque approval chains—quietly kill lateral moves. Using data from modern workforce mobility studies, we break down why your best internal candidate is often lost to a competitor simply because your own system made it too hard to say yes. This episode offers a concrete framework for auditing your own transition path to remove those invisible roadblocks. #InternalMobility #CareerTransition #WorkplaceFriction #LateralMoves #EmployeeRetention #HRStrategy #TalentManagement #CorporateCulture #JobSearchTips #CareerCoaching #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #CareersShow #ProfessionalDevelopment #OrganizationalBehavior #HiringProcess #EmployeeExperience #LeadershipAdvice Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
