Episode #18
Status Correction, Trusts and Taking Back Responsibility
Tonight I was joined by Ali and Tosh of Delphi Lore for a thought-provoking conversation about status correction, trusts, language, jurisdiction, and what it means to take responsibility for our lives rather than handing our power to institutions. We explored the difference between the statutory world and the private, why words matter so much, and why their work begins with education, self-knowledge and remedy rather than conflict. They also shared the personal and professional journeys that brought them to this work, from corporate life and ministry to common law training and holistic support. Later in the show, Stan MacDonald joined us from Canada to widen the conversation, comparing the legal and cultural climate there with what many of us are experiencing in the UK. Together we discussed trusts as a means of protecting legacy, avoiding probate pitfalls, and stepping more consciously out of systems that profit from fear, confusion and compliance. At heart, this episode was about empowerment, stewardship, community, and learning how to move through the world with greater awareness, integrity and trust.
