92 \\ EEAT SEO: Anatomy of a Good Blog Post in 2026
Aug 12, 202625 min
EEAT SEO is the difference between a blog that ranks and one that just sits there, and most business owners are getting it wrong without realizing it. In this episode, I'm breaking down what actually makes a good blog post in 2026, including the technical checklist I run on every single post for my clients. I'm also walking you through why Google is deindexing so much AI written content right now, and what separates a blog that ranks from one that never gets traction. Here's what you'll hear: Why Google is deindexing more content than ever and what EEAT SEO has to do with it The real reason "non-AI written" blog services are quietly using AI anyway A real client example of blogs that got deindexed, then came back after we added her actual story The technical checklist I run on every post (word count, slugs, meta descriptions, and more) Why story always comes before keyword, and how to actually get your story out of your head LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Blog post for this episode: https://bypwdesigns.com/eeat-seo-blog-checklist Amy Boland Hauser's website: https://www.amybolandhauser.com/ SEO Monitoring Tools Guide: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-monitoring-tools One Page SEO Checklist: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-best-practices-checklist Pinterest Marketing Course: https://bypwdesigns.com/pinterest-marketing-course P&W Designs SEO Services: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-services/ Website: https://bypwdesigns.com/ FOLLOW ALONG: YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@julie.pwdesigns/videos Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julie.pwdesigns/

91 \\ A Coffee Chat Life Update, I Work All the Time, the Reality Behind This Season
Aug 5, 202635 min
It's been over six months since I did a real life update, so today's episode is exactly that: business, health, and everything in between. In this episode, I catch you up on where P&W Designs stands in 2026 (hint: it looks nothing like it did three years ago), what's shifting in my pricing and services, and how my health and identity work have been going behind the scenes. No SEO talk, no strategy breakdown. Just a coffee chat catch up, friend to friend. Here's what you'll hear: How P&W Designs evolved into a full organic marketing agency, and why I brought on two contractors this year Why I'm stepping back from Pinterest management and what's replacing it The gut health and thyroid progress I've made after switching providers this year The identity and mental health work I'm doing through Brittany's Become Her program Why our student loan payoff has me rethinking cash flow and freedom going into 2027 LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Website: https://bypwdesigns.com/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julie.pwdesigns/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@julie.pwdesigns/videos

90 \\ How Do You Measure Success After You Relaunch Your Website?
Jul 15, 202624 min
Your website relaunch checklist shouldn't start with traffic numbers. It should start with the metrics that actually tell you if Google sees you. In this episode, I'm breaking down what success really looks like after a website launch or relaunch, and why most people are measuring the wrong things at the wrong time. I'm pulling real data from my own clients so you can see what normal growth looks like in the first few months. Here's what you'll hear: Why daily traffic in the first 30 to 60 days means nothing (and what to watch instead) The relaunch traps nobody warns you about, including the temporary traffic dip How to spot real customer feedback versus compliments from people who love you What a keyword ranking tracker should actually show you month over month Real before and after client numbers, including one site that went from 9 to 154 clicks in six months LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Blog post for this episode: https://bypwdesigns.com/website-relaunch-checklist On-Page SEO Checklist: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-best-practices-checklist#cta SEO Monitoring Tools Guide: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-monitoring-tools P&W Designs SEO Services: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-services/ Website: https://bypwdesigns.com/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@julie.pwdesigns/videos Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julie.pwdesigns/

89 \\ My AI Assistants for Business and the 4 Who Run My Week
Jun 24, 202622 min
An AI assistant for business can do a lot more than answer one quick question, and in my studio I have four of them running the heavy lifting alongside one human employee. In this episode, I pull back the curtain on the five employees running my SEO and web design business on 20 hours a week. I break down the real difference between prompting AI and actually employing it, walk you through each of my four AI employees plus my one human VA, and get honest about how I use AI in client work and why my pricing reflects that. There's also a surprise at the end for Create It, Pin It, Let It Work students. Here's what you'll hear: Why prompting AI and employing AI are not the same thing, and which one actually scales The four AI employees I built and the exact job each one does How to build a Claude skill that runs a whole task in your business start to finish The honest truth about using AI for client work and pricing it fairly A free Pinterest skill surprise waiting for course students LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Blog post for this episode: https://bypwdesigns.com/ai-assistant-business P&W Designs SEO Services: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-services/ Website: https://bypwdesigns.com/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@julie.pwdesigns/videos Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julie.pwdesigns/

88 \\ Why Substack Is Not the Answer (Blog vs Substack in 2026)
Jun 10, 202627 min
Blog vs Substack is the question I am getting on repeat from clients and entrepreneurs in my communities right now, and most of them are about to make the wrong move. In this episode, I am breaking down why Substack feels like the fresh start everyone is craving, why it works for someone like Jenna Kutcher (and why that is a misleading example to copy), and the real reason most entrepreneurs should not start a Substack right now. I am also walking through 3 specific things that have to be different about blogging in the age of AI if you want to actually see results. Here's what you'll hear: Why Substack is suddenly everyone's backup plan and what is really going on with Instagram reach The 4 things people miss about Jenna Kutcher's Substack move The trap most entrepreneurs fall into when they ditch the blog for Substack 3 things that have to be different about blogging in 2026 (including how to build topical authority on your site) When a Substack actually does make sense, and when it definitely does not LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: Blog post for this episode: https://bypwdesigns.com/blog-vs-substack/ SEO on Tap (use code JULIEW for $50 off): https://duocollective.com/seo-on-tap P&W Designs SEO Services: https://bypwdesigns.com/seo-services/ Website: https://bypwdesigns.com/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@julie.pwdesigns/videos Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/julie.pwdesigns/

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
