Coffee in one hand, crochet hook in the other, mic on the desk, and cats underfoot — welcome to cozy chaos. I’m Stef: mom, maker, runner‑in‑training, and unapologetic chaos coordinator. We mix laughs, tangents, and real talk on parenting (kids and pets), creativity, and self‑care. Segments like Brews News, Shuffle Happens, and Stitch Happens make each episode a coffee date with a friend who gets the messy middle. New here? Ep 0 is just a Costco sample — start with Ep 5 for the full meal. ☕ Cozy ✅ 😂 Funny ✅ 📻 Segments ✅ 💡 Relatable LinkTree:https://linktr.ee/CoffeeCrochetConversation coffeecrochetandconversation.substack.com

The Words That Protect Power
Jun 5, 202642 minS1

The media doesn’t have to lie to influence you — all it has to do is choose softer words for some people and harder ones for others. This season finale is about the language that makes every system we’ve talked about this season possible: who gets “misspoke” and who gets “lied,” who gets “clashes” and who gets “massacre,” and why calling Epstein’s victims “young women” instead of children was never neutral. Once you see it, you can’t unsee it. Plus the Husband Thesaurus gets its first official entry.

Music: “Don’t Worry” by Moire, provided by Uppbeat. ☕🧶

<br...

Relationships aren’t just romantic — they’re friendships, parent-child bonds, the ones you choose, the ones you were born into, and the one you have with yourself that colors all the others. This episode is about the grey areas where most of real relationship actually lives: the ones that fade, the ones worth fighting for, the difference between giving up and releasing with intention, and why the relationship with yourself is the one that sets the tone for everything else. Plus a family chaos story that involves a treehouse, a screen door, and a car door all in the same w...
The Fight Was the Product: How the 90s Engineered Boy Band Rivalries
May 22, 202639 minS2

The boy band wars of the 90s weren’t a fan phenomenon — they were a business model. One man managed both the Backstreet Boys and NSYNC simultaneously, collected income from both sides, and manufactured the rivalry to keep the money flowing. TRL gamified it, Twilight franchised it, reality TV cashed in on it, and social media inherited the whole playbook. This episode traces the origin story of engineered outrage all the way back to where most of us first experienced it without knowing what it was — and yes, the Nick Carter pillow is mentioned.

Music: “Don’t Worry” by...

Gaming isn’t just for kids — and if you’ve ever played Candy Crush at 2am because your husband snores, welcome, you’re one of us. This episode is about why adult gamers exist, why we’re not apologizing for it, and what we actually get out of it beyond the rage quit. From the skills gaming genuinely builds, to the community it creates, to the emotional memory tied to the games that marked a season of your life — play is not frivolous. It’s human. And you don’t have to justify it to anyone.

Music: “Don’t Worry” by Mo...

There’s the weight people can see — the job, the kids, the full calendar. And then there’s the weight nobody talks about: the mental load, the emotional labor, the caretaker identity so deeply programmed you don’t even notice what it’s costing you anymore. This episode is about naming the invisible load, understanding why we keep carrying it past the point we should, and finding the courage to actually put something down — not drop it, just set it down with intention and breathe.

Music: “Don’t Worry” by Moire, provided by Uppbeat. ☕🧶

This is a publ...
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
