The Deep State Strategy to Stop World War 3 — Army Veteran Matt Hasty | EP#206
Aug 7, 20261h 39m
Is America actively falling, or are we secretly solidifying our spot at the very top? In this episode of the Coffee with Bearded Bad Dad, host I sit down with 20-year Army veteran and former Congressional candidate Matt Hasty for an unfiltered, wide-ranging discussion on the harsh realities of modern American life, politics, and faith. From the deceptive nature of campaign fundraising and how social media creates dangerous echo chambers, to the hidden grand strategies surrounding Iran, Russia, and China, Matt breaks down the global chessboard with raw honesty. We also dive deep into why a nation needs true civic virtue to survive, the breakdown of our educational system, and how stepping away from core spiritual values has led to a society ruled entirely by emotion rather than logic. Whether you agree with his "hot takes" or not, this long-form conversation provides a masterclass in challenging the status quo and pursuing absolute truth. Surviving the Future: From Post-Apocalyptic Novels to Raising AI-Era Kids| EP#202
Jul 10, 20261h 32m
What if a geneticist decided humans were parasites (p. 1) and rewired our DNA so that nobody lives past age 22? In this episode of Coffee with Bearded Bad Dad, we sit down with Central Michigan commercial insurance agent turned author T.A. Thompson to unpack his brutal, rated-R adult dystopian thriller, The Mark.Thompson shares how his career assessing "worst-case scenarios" inspired a terrifying post-apocalyptic future where society completely collapses because there are no experienced lawyers, doctors, or power plant operators left to run things. We dive deep into his gritty worldbuilding, the five conflicting factions ruling Michigan, and why his bold, 25-year-old protagonist is considered a complete freak of nature. We also take a massive detour into real-world topics, including how AI is killing critical thinking skills in modern teenagers, the insane economics of family trips to Disney World, government spy theories, and why it's cheaper to fly your entire family to Japan than to vacation in Florida. If you love hard-hitting, realistic post-apocalyptic fiction and raw, honest conversations about modern parenting, tech addiction, and life lessons, this episode is a must-watch!Connect with T.A. What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
