  Send me a message! I had a great title for the podcast picked out, I even mentioned it during the recording, but I completely forgot what it was! So I named it this terrible title, oh well. Good news is coming slowly but surely, maybe this title makes more sense. Grand Ave had some wins and Thunderbird as well. The Salon is really starting to come together, I was really happy the way the design has come together and really worked out. I was pretty nervous about that overall but very happy with the way it looks. Not it's time to focus on revenue generating activities! Off to the races!

  Ep 46 - Pipes, Leases & Crackies

  Send me a message! Kind of a smattering of everything going on, fun stuff, not so fun stuff, expensive stuff, cheap stuff. My workload has still been pretty steady, but every week more and more progress is made. Now with plumbing in our sights, I feel like this will be a catalyst to getting more leases signed. That reminds me, I'd like to get some AI images done of a full buildout in the suites for marketing purposes. Working on celebrating the wins! Something that I continue to struggle with. It's a disease, and I dislike that I'm built that way. But changing that is becoming a new goal of mine. SO we're working on it!

  Ep 45 - Petty Plumbing Problems Persistently Push My Buttons

  Send me a message! Exaggerated title, but I just couldn't help myself. Plumbing is ruling my world right now, but not necessarily in a bad way. Just another hurdle to jump over. Lots of things happened this week, but also a lot hasn't happened in a weird way. Progress is always slow at the beginning of the project, and then once things get in motion, it seems to snowball.

  Ep 44 - The Moves You Don't Make

  Send me a message! Sometimes in life, it's the moves or plays you don't make, that are the true winners. Now I can't say for sure if I missed out on revenue/profit via 2 good tenants. But at the end of the day, I feel I made the right call by not moving forward. Very hard to pass up on $1,600/month, especially right now, but at the end of the day, I know having trouble tenants is a good way to make your life miserable. Not much to report this week, light activity, but ramping up the marketing to get more leads/showings into Thunderbird because time is running out! We have 3 months 2 weeks before our loan is due. So we need to get this placed mostly rented up, and refinanced into a traditional commercial loan by then. WE CAN DO IT!

  Send me a message! I'm talking about locks today, that's why the episode is called locked and loaded. You get it?????!!??? Back from my trip, and several updates over the last 2 weeks. All good news, is this a new trend?!?! Maybe I won't go bankrupt and I can continue buying commercial buildings? That would be swell. Mostly focusing on Tbird and getting that leased up as quickly as I can. You can listen to the episode to find out the rest, I don't feel like typing anymore!
