90. Clinical: Unlocking Maximum Potential with Monica Purdy
In this episode of Compromised to Alchemized , I sit down in Indianapolis with Monica Purdy, SLP, COM , and owner of Kids Abilities . Recorded fresh off a two-day hands-on Floor Four training with the Kids Abilities team, we discuss the power of taking a holistic, "outside-the-box" approach to pediatric healthcare. Monica shares her journey from considering physical therapy to finding her true calling in speech and myofunctional therapy. She opens up about her global teaching experiences with TalkTools, her core philosophy that "there are no limits, only possibilities," and how the nervous system, tone regulation, and body cohesion play critical roles in helping children reach their maximum potential.
