Conversations at the Crossroads is a podcast for those standing in the in-between moments of life. The places where paths diverge, identities shift, and growth quietly asks to be chosen. Hosted by Jennie of Hex&Hair, each episode explores spirituality, witchcraft, grief, healing, intuition, and what it means to be a human navigating change in a complicated world. These are honest, reflective conversations about learning, unlearning, becoming, and finding magic in both the mundane and the mystical. This space is not about having all the answers. It’s about sitting at the crossroads together, asking better questions, and choosing your next step with intention, compassion, and courage. Whether you’re deep in your spiritual practice, newly curious, or simply craving thoughtful connection, you’re welcome here. Pull up a torch. Let’s talk.

Eclipse Season: Where Does Authenticity Land When The Lights Go Out?
Aug 12, 202650 minS1
August's first total solar eclipse is our excuse to talk about what actually happens when the light goes out, in the sky and in life. We get into the science of eclipses, the myths humans built around them (dragons eating the sun, wolves chasing it across the sky), and what this Leo eclipse asks about identity, performance, and who you are when nobody's watching. Plus a full eclipse calendar through 2027. Obscured isn't the same thing as gone. Find me at www.hexandhair.com or @hexandhair on TikTok and Instagram.
The Truth About Baneful Magic: Hexes, Justice, and the Myth of "Black Magic"
Aug 4, 202645 minS1
Baneful magic. Hexes. Cursing. Binding. These are words that make even seasoned witches flinch, and today we're pulling them out into the light. In this episode we're breaking down what baneful magic actually is, tracing the word itself all the way back to its roots, bane and ban, and unpacking why bonding and banishing sit right at the heart of protection work. We'll talk about why hexes were never inherently evil, why I named my business Hex and Hair, and how baneful magic has been practiced openly across cultures for as long as people have had enemies, storms, and grief to contend with, long before anyone coined the term black magic. From there we dig into the real history behind Hoodoo and Vodou, two distinct traditions born from displaced people who built something powerful out of what little they were allowed to keep, and why the term black magic itself carries a racial weight most of us were never taught to see. We'll talk about magic and justice, about who gets to decide what's righteous when the world offers no protection at all, and then we'll get hands on with real tools you can use this week, from cord cutting and witch bottles to freezer jars and compact mirror spells. This one asks you to rethink everything you were told about the darker side of the craft, and to start building an ethic that's actually your own. The Witch's Threshold, Part Two: Tools, Symbols, and the Language of the Craft
Jul 21, 202636 minS1
In the closing half of the Witch's Threshold series, we cover the actual toolkit of the craft, tools and their stand ins, symbology, a light touch of herbology, working with crystals, the lunar cycle, a respectful look at deity work, and how it all comes together in a real spell. The Threshold Within: A Guided Akashic Records Meditation
Jul 10, 202613 minS1
This is the practice half of this week's Akashic Records conversation. If you listened to the main episode, you know the history and the "what is this actually" part. This is where you go do it yourself. In about ten minutes, I'll walk you through grounding, setting a clear intention, crossing a threshold into your own Akashic Records, and coming back with whatever you're meant to receive today. You don't need any experience with trance work or meditation to do this one. You just need a quiet ten minutes, your journal, and a willingness to trust whatever shows up, even if it's subtle. Don't listen while driving.
Your Soul Has Receipts: A Beginner's Guide to the Akashic Records
Jul 10, 202623 minS1
Ever feel like you're repeating a pattern older than this lifetime? This week we're breaking down the Akashic Records: where the idea actually came from (yes, there's real history here), what they are versus what pop spirituality has turned them into, and a genuinely practical walkthrough of how to bring good questions, receive what comes through, and actually integrate it into your growth instead of just collecting it. Bring a journal.
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
