Feeding Without the Anxiety with Jennifer Anderson, MSPH, RDN
Jun 5, 202646 minS0

Feeding kids has never felt harder, and today we chew on how much of that difficulty is manufactured. Jennifer Anderson, MSPH, RDN, founder of Kids Eat in Color, joins me to cut through the conflicting six-second advice and hand parents something better: a way to make their own calls. You are the expert on your own child. If a strategy is making things worse in your house, that’s reason enough to drop it.

What you’ll take away:

Why a consistent meal and snack routine is the best place to start when feeding feels like...

Ultra-Processed Foods and Kids’ Behavior: What the New JAMA Study Means for Your Family

A new JAMA study followed over 2,000 preschoolers and found that higher ultra-processed food intake at age three predicted worse behavior at age five: more anxiety, withdrawal, aggression, and hyperactivity. At age three, UPFs already made up 45.5% of these kids’ daily calories.

The good news: researchers modeled what happens when you swap just 10% of UPF calories for real food, and behavior scores improved across every domain. Small and intentional beats dramatic and unsustainable.

In this episode, I walk through two quic...
Authoritative Approach: "What do you want to watch?"
May 6, 20263 minS0

Quick video on how to save yourself a lot of headaches and time when your child wants to watch a show but you don’t have 47 minutes to flip through 3 different streaming services to find what they want to watch.

Also, if you are interested in learning and actually implementing authoritative parenting, I have an upcoming authoritative parenting study group starting on May 19th. It will be a really cool experience (I think) for parents to learn authoritative principles and approaches to make parenting more enjoyable from toddlers through teens. Daily lessons delivered straight to you over te...

A mom left this question in the chat:

“My six-year-old wants to be in charge, and we have let her. We break down and allow bad habits because it’s easier for us and her three-year-old brother — but now her brother is starting to pick up on her habits. She tantrums about going to school, coming home from school, treats, new toys, iPad time, leaving or going to anything, and all food. We started introducing timeouts, mealtime at the table only when we offer, and a 30-minute daily limit on iPad away from food. She has se...
Authoritative vs. Permissive Parenting with Dr. Tina Payne Bryson
Apr 15, 202657 minS0

Dr. Phil Boucher sits down with bestselling author and child development expert Dr. Tina Payne Bryson (The Whole-Brain Child, No Drama Discipline, The Way of Play) to untangle the most common parenting style confusion out there: gentle parenting vs. authoritative parenting, and why so many parents accidentally land in permissive territory. They dig into the 60-year-old research behind structure and nurture as two separate dimensions — not opposites — and why kids actually feel safer when grownups are clearly in charge. Plus, practical examples for holding a limit while staying connected, and how playfulness can do the heavy lifting when your band...
Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
