The Awakening Guide | Everything You Need To Know About Waking Up!
Aug 10, 202644 minS1
What does it actually mean to wake up ? In this podcast, Jimmy Wightman explores the deeper dimensions of awakening, nonduality and self-realisation , and what happens when we begin to question the fundamental assumption that we are a separate self. Drawing on traditions including Zen, Advaita Vedanta and modern nondual teachings , Jimmy explores the question “Who am I?” , the nature of the ego, conditioning, awareness and kensho — seeing your true nature . But awakening isn’t the end of the journey. What happens after awakening ? How do you integrate a profound awakening experience into ordinary human life? Why can old patterns, emotions and conditioning continue even after seeing through the ego? And how do you avoid spiritual bypassing and hiding in the “absolute." The podcast explores the relationship between awakening and practice , drawing on ideas associated with teachers such as Angelo Dilullo, Rupert Spira and Zen , while offering a practical perspective on embodiment, sincerity, surrender and living from what has been recognised. Ultimately, this is an exploration of freedom — not becoming someone new, but discovering what you are beneath the story of who you think you are. Guided Meditation: Awakening Through Nature | 5 Elements Self-Inquiry | Nonduality
Nov 4, 202530 minS1

This meditation is an invitation to come home to what you already are — the living Earth, breathing and aware through human form. It starts at 02:22.

As you turn inward to sense the elements — Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space — you begin to notice that this body is not “you” in the usual personal sense.
It’s a process of nature: minerals, moisture, warmth, breath, and awareness, endlessly changing.

Recognising this can soften the tight boundaries of the ego — that small, contracted sense of “me” trying to control life.

When those boundaries loosen, something r...

Unlike ordinary rest, NSDR allows you to consciously enter a deeply restorative state, where the nervous system can reset, stress levels decrease, and mental clarity increases.

Yoga Nidra, sometimes referred to as “yogic sleep,” is an ancient practice with modern scientific validation. Research has shown that engaging in this form of guided rest can:
Redu...

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
