Scale Like A Girl Ep 5 - The 9 Secret Sales Strategies Running In My Business Right Now (I Haven't Touched Most Of Them In Months)
Aug 18, 202615 min
Right now there are nine different things in my business making sales. I'm not doing any of them, and I haven't touched most of them in months. Between them they make multiple sales every single day. A different mix of programs every time. If you've built a business that works, and you're now stuck at exactly the level it works at, and every idea you've got for growing it starts with "find more people"... this episode is for you. Why does one great funnel cap you no matter how good it is? How does a $47 sale become an average order value of $140, with no price rise and no bigger offer? And why is the answer to growing almost never more eyeballs? Every strategy in this episode is one we install with people inside SCALE, my brand new program. The first round is a pilot and it's capped at twenty people. Click here to put your name on the waitlist. ️

Scale Like A Girl Ep 4 - The 7 Signs You're About To Hit Your Next Level
Aug 16, 202613 min
After eight years I can usually tell who's about to break through, months before it happens. It isn't instinct, it's a pattern. The people who go do a very specific set of things first, in roughly the same order, and almost none of them realise they're doing it. There are seven. Plus a bonus one that means someone is about to move fast. If you've been assuming the reason you haven't broken through yet is that you're missing something enormous... this episode is for you. It's almost always one thing. Why is going quiet the strongest signal of all? What's the one filter for finding the right support, and why does everybody skip the last part of it? And which of the seven do you already have without having noticed? Everything on this list is what we build inside SCALE. The first round is a pilot, capped at twenty people. Click here to put your name on the waitlist. ️

Scale Like A Girl Ep 3 - Why Type B Content Creators Make More Money Than People Posting 10x A Day
Aug 13, 202612 min
I don't care whether my posts get engagement. My ego cares. My business does not. There are two completely different ways to do content, and almost nobody names the second one. So most people spend years forcing themselves to be the first type, feeling like a failure when they can't keep it up, and never finding out there was another option the whole time. I was recently at a mastermind where someone shared that they post almost ten pieces of content a day, and that posting more is their number one growth strategy. It works. It also takes a team of nine people. If you've been quietly convinced you're just bad at content, and you're tired of trying to keep up with people who clearly love it more than you do... this episode is for you. How do you know which type you actually are? Why can a post that gets three likes still be the thing that makes you real money? What are the two layers sitting underneath your content that hardly anyone talks about, and why do you only have to build them once? And what is the third layer, the one that costs about ten dollars a day and is cutting the time it takes someone to go from finding you to being ready to invest from six months down to about fourteen days? The pieces I walk through in this episode are what we're building together inside SCALE, my brand new program. The first round is a pilot and it's capped at twenty people. Click here to put your name on the waitlist. ️ This is episode three of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: what a $47 customer is actually worth to me, and why it's more than four thousand dollars. Make sure you're subscribed.

Scale Like A Girl Ep 2 - The 3 Things That Break The $20K Month Ceiling (Number 3 Got Me To My First $1M Year)
Aug 11, 202615 min
Twenty thousand dollars a month was my dream number. Then I got there, and I could not move past it for years. I'd have a good month, tip over, feel amazing, and then slide straight back down again. Working harder than I ever had. Keeping almost none of it. A business that looked great on paper and felt terrible on the inside. There are three things that break that ceiling. Two of them I've talked about on this podcast about a hundred times. The third one I've barely mentioned publicly, and it's the one that tripled my business and gave me my first seven-figure year. If you're flat out at a level that looks successful from the outside and refuses to budge no matter what you throw at it... this episode is for you. Why does the exact thing that got you to $20K months become the thing that caps you there? What are the three ways to build monthly recurring revenue, and which one actually suits your business (because it's probably not the one you're thinking of)? And why did one of our clients flat-out reject the perfect offer for her business before going away and building it anyway? I'm also announcing something at the end of this episode that I've been building quietly behind the scenes for months. You're hearing it first, and there are only twenty spots in the first round. Want to be in the running? Click here to put your name on the waitlist. ️ This is episode two of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: why you don't need engagement, virality, or the algorithm to like you, and the content strategy that sells every day without any of them. Make sure you're subscribed.

Scale Like A Girl Ep 1 — 7 Years Of 7 Figures, All Inside School Hours. Here's How I'm Adding Another $1M
Aug 9, 202611 min
I just told the internet I'm adding an extra million dollars to my business in the next twelve months. Then I felt slightly sick about it. Here's what didn't fit in the Instagram post: the reason behind the number, the three rules I've put around it, and the seven years of backstory that made me finally decide to do it. Because my business has done seven figures every single year since 2019, within about fifteen percent either way. Through a newborn. Through two years of lockdowns and homeschooling. Through a year where I couldn't use my right arm. And for almost all of that time, I've been running it on cruise control on purpose. If you've built something that genuinely works, and you're now sitting there wondering why every attempt to make it bigger seems to want more of you... this episode is for you. What made me rebuild my entire business in 2019 around a child who hadn't been born yet? Why is doing this inside school hours the hardest part, not the million dollars? And what's the actual difference between a business that survives without you and one that grows without you? This is episode one of Scale Like A Girl, a pop-up mini-series with multiple episodes a week. Next up: the $20K a month slump, why it's a ceiling and not a milestone, and the $500 offer that finally got me out of it. Make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss it. If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
