We\'ll hear an overview delivered by Cat Packer, Director of Drug Markets and Legal Regulation at the Drug Policy Alliance. Plus, Free DC is a movement led by the people of the District of Columbia to win dignity for their communities and exert the right to self-determination. Free DC held a rally in DC on August 11, the theme was One Year In, End the DC Occupation. We hear remarks by Sam Davis, a leader with Free DC and the Youth Power and Safety Collective.
