From waking up after a dream where Alex had apparently found a way to annoy me, to Oscar reminding me that the roof was in the way when I tried to wish Daddy a happy anniversary. You can be incredibly grateful for the life you have and still desperately miss the person who should be there. You can celebrate love while mourning loss.
