Episode #103 Dr. Natalie Christine
Dr. Natalie Christine, is a clinical health psychologist, Harvard Medical School instructor, writer, speaker, and nationally recognized expert in evidence-based mental health and wellness. She earned her Ph.D. in Clinical Health Psychology from the University of Florida, spent nearly a decade on the clinical and teaching faculty at Indiana University School of Medicine, and later served as Director of Psychology at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. Today, Dr. Natalie takes cutting-edge research in psychology, neuroscience, and medicine and turns it into practical strategies people can actually use to manage stress and burnout, navigate the challenges of midlife, and build greater resilience, health, and fulfillment. With expertise in cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, her work is really about something we talk about all the time on this show—understanding yourself, taking better care of yourself, and developing the tools to keep moving forward when life gets hard.
