“Fake It Until You Make It, Dreams and Pitfalls of the Fashion Industry ” is a podcast aiming to take an honest look at the fashion designer career and discover how and what it means to make it in the fashion industry. Hosted by the fashion designer Marie Schaller, they offer a safe space for fashion professionals at all stages of their careers to discuss their journey. It asks them to reflect on this idea of making it in the fashion industry, what it means for them, and what the cost of it is. Owning up to my own ignorance in the matter, this podcast is an investigation, inviting through various testimonials and archives to create a common understanding of the reality of this career and industry. And at what stage of their career?
