Joel Williams and North Georgia FCA Director Clint Fair kick off the new season with Gainesville High School head football coach Tavius Bryant , just days before one of Georgia high school football's biggest opening-week matchups: Gainesville vs. Buford on a national stage. Coach Bryant talks about his return to Gainesville after three successful seasons at Grayson, what drew his family back to the Gainesville community, and the opportunity to lead one of North Georgia's premier football programs. He also shares how he approaches the pressure of nationally televised games, what he sees in the Buford matchup, and why keeping the moment from becoming too big is so important for his players. But this conversation goes well beyond wins and losses. Coach Bryant opens up about his wife and children, the coaches who invested in him, the role FCA plays on the Gainesville campus, and his belief that the real measure of a high school football program isn't simply what happens on Friday nights. It's whether players leave prepared to become successful men, husbands, fathers and members of their communities. It's football, faith, family and the start of another exciting season of the FCA Wednesday Huddle from Longstreet Cafe . The FCA Wednesday Huddle is presented by Longstreet Cafe.
