Episode #170
Living Your Life, Not Waiting for Life
170 - One thing I've learned over the years is that most women aren't choosing to put their lives on hold. They're simply trying to keep up. They're juggling work, family, aging parents, relationships, appointments, responsibilities... and somewhere in the middle of all that, they keep telling themselves they'll get back to their own goals later. The trouble is, later has a way of moving. In this episode, we're talking about what it really means to be waiting for life. Not because you've given up, but because you've become so busy managing life that you've stopped expecting much to change until something around you changes first. We also explore something I see often in coaching. Sometimes what feels like a lack of discipline is really two values pulling you in different directions. Once you understand that, you stop asking, "What's wrong with me?" and start asking much better questions. Questions that lead to understanding, compassion, and solutions that actually fit your life. If you've been feeling stuck between knowing what you want and following through, I hope this conversation helps you see yourself a little differently. And maybe it encourages you to stop waiting for the next season before deciding your life matters now. If you'd like help figuring out what's keeping you stuck, I'd love to hop on a call with you for a complimentary 20-minute consultation. We'll simply talk about where you are, where you'd like to be, and what support would help you move forward.
