Boot Camp, Community and Chasing Dreams with Steph McKay
Aug 18, 202616 min
In this episode, Bex chats with Steph McKay, owner of Chasing Dreams Fitness in Tamworth and a familiar face in the Fitness Education Online community running The Bootcamp Hub. Steph shares how she went from avoiding school sport altogether to building a ladies only outdoor boot camp community, and why she was so shocked to find out she'd been named a finalist for both Personal Trainer of the Year and Group Fitness of the Year at the 2026 AUSactive Awards. Steph talks through what a typical day looks like juggling boot camp sessions with her work in real estate, why she leans into the flexibility and fun of outdoor group training, and how something as simple as getting clients outside can make a bigger difference than they realise. She also shares her best advice for handling low turnout sessions without losing the energy, why staying organised but never too rigid is key when coaching groups, and how mentoring helped her take the business side of things more seriously. She wraps up with a simple reminder for anyone starting out: find your passion, keep learning, and push through the parts that feel uncomfortable at first. Simplify to Amplify with Mojo Mentor Loz Antonenko
Aug 11, 202623 min
In this episode, Bex sits down with Loz Antonenko, also known as the Mojo Mentor, a coach, author of the Amazon number one bestseller "Get the F*ck Unstuck," and finalist for both Personal Trainer of the Year and Pilates Professional of the Year at the 2026 AUSactive Awards. Loz shares the raw, honest story behind her work, from being diagnosed with a serious autoimmune condition at university, to building a successful business, to the years of grief, loss and burnout that followed, including the loss of her husband and a period of competitive bodybuilding that spiralled into orthorexia and a breakdown. It's an incredibly candid conversation about how she found her way back through the simplest possible tools. Loz breaks down her Mojo Method and the idea of "handbrake habits," the five basic daily things (eating, breathing, sleep, movement and hydration) that most people are already doing but not doing well, and why getting unstuck starts there rather than with anything flashy or complicated. She talks about what actually sets her apart as a coach, her lived experience rather than a textbook, and leaves PTs with a strong reminder to apply the same tools they give their clients to their own lives, because burnout doesn't discriminate. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
