Why High Trust Beats High Performance When Building a Team
Aug 17, 20261h 7mS2
In Episode 121, we sit down with Amish Morjaria, founder of Forward Level, to explore the 15-year journey of building a company centred around people, culture, and authenticity. Amish shares how getting fired became the unexpected push he needed to bet on himself and start his own business. He explains why entrepreneurs should think in decades rather than years, how hiring the right people allows leaders to escape the day-to-day, and why trust and character matter more than performance alone. We also discuss the challenges of delegation, creating an environment where employees can be themselves, protecting your time through focus, buffer, and recharge days, and recognizing how a leader’s energy affects the entire team. After 15 years in business, Amish has learned that success is not simply about growth or building the biggest company possible. It is about having the freedom to choose how you spend your time, creating space for what matters, and building a business that supports a meaningful life. Aug 10, 20261h 10mS2
In Episode 120, we sit down with Jordan, entrepreneur and creator behind the YouTube channel Nomadic Movement, to unpack how getting laid off led to buying a school bus, travelling through Central America, settling in Panama, and eventually building a completely different life. Jordan shares what it was really like building an audience from scratch, surviving the difficult early years, launching a coffee business, opening a café, and learning how to turn an online following into a real company. We also dive into risk, resilience, failure, trusting your intuition, and why you don’t need to have everything figured out before you start. In Episode 119, Matt Widmer, co-founder of Wild Life Distillery, shares how a handshake over whiskey became a successful Rocky Mountain craft spirits brand. Matt discusses building the company alongside a trusted business partner, dividing responsibilities as the business grew, and relying on trust and transparency to overcome difficult moments. He also explains why Wild Life prioritizes character and culture over the perfect résumé when building its team. The conversation explores the importance of leading with integrity, creating a brand that genuinely reflects the founders behind it, and making decisions that build long-term customer trust. Matt also shares why entrepreneurs can learn more from taking action, testing their ideas, and listening to customers than they can from spending months creating the perfect business plan. This episode offers an honest look at partnership, leadership, branding, company culture, and the commitment required to build a lasting business in a competitive industry. Jul 20, 20261h 21mS2
In Episode 117, we sit down with Sabrina Souto to explore belief systems, healing, resilience, and the deeply human side of entrepreneurship. Sabrina shares her journey from overcoming extreme shyness and studying Chinese medicine to building a career helping patients understand the connection between the heart, mind, and body. She explains why stress may not be the real problem, how limiting beliefs can affect our physical health, and why moving forward often matters more than continually revisiting the past. Every question we get asked before someone starts their trial.
If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
