If you've ever wondered what happens behind the scenes when someone leaves a job, this episode reveals the new machinery and its implications for both employers and employees. #AI #EmployeeOffboarding #FutureOfWork #HRTech #WorkplaceAutomation #KnowledgeTransfer #ExitInterviews #AIWorkflow #Productivity #Technology #Business #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #WorkplaceSoftware #DigitalWorkplace #HR #TalentManagement #Automation Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
In this episode of Future of Work Tech, Lucas and Luna explore how AI is turning the first ninety days of a new job into a personalized, adaptive journey instead of a pile of forms. They dig into a specific case: a mid-size fintech that cut its onboarding time from three weeks to four days using AI-driven task sequencing and smart knowledge delivery. The hosts break down the three layers of AI onboarding — compliance automation, personalized learning paths, and social integration — and discuss the trade-offs: privacy concerns, the risk of over-automating culture, and the human moments that can't be replaced. They also touch on how AI is starting to predict whether a new hire will stay, using data from early interactions. With their usual mix of concrete numbers and thoughtful skepticism, Lucas and Luna give you a clear picture of what's changing and what to watch. Plus, a quick note on why this show stays ad-free and how listeners can support it. #AIOnboarding #FutureOfWork #HRTech #EmployeeExperience #WorkplaceAI #OnboardingAutomation #KnowledgeManagement #TalentManagement #HRTechnology #ArtificialIntelligence #EmployeeRetention #LearningAndDevelopment #DigitalWorkplace #TechPodcast #BusinessPodcast #FexingoBusiness #FutureOfWorkTech #WorkplaceSoftware Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

In this episode of Future of Work Tech, Lucas and Luna explore a quiet revolution in HR: AI is not just writing job descriptions anymore—it's redesigning them from the ground up to attract more diverse candidates and reduce hiring bias. They dive into a recent study showing that AI-optimized postings can boost application rates by 30 percent for women and underrepresented groups, simply by tweaking language and removing gendered cues. Lucas breaks down the mechanics: how natural language processing detects subtle biases, how generative AI rewrites bullet points to focus on skills over pedigree, and why some companies are seeing double-digit increases in qualified applicants. Luna challenges the approach, pointing to risks like algorithmic bias and the danger of homogenized postings. They also touch on real-world examples from major tech firms and a surprising anecdote about a company that cut its time-to-hire by 40 percent. The episode closes with a forward-looking question: as AI gets better at understanding human psychology, will job postings become a science? Tune in for a practical, nuanced look at how AI is reshaping the first step of hiring. #AIJobPostings #FutureOfWork #HRTech #TalentAcquisition #DiversityInHiring #RecruitmentAI #JobDescription #BiasReduction #NLP #GenerativeAI #Tech #Business #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #WorkplaceTech #HiringTrends #AIEthics #DataDrivenHR Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Expense reports are the quiet time-suck of corporate life, but AI is finally making them painless. In this episode, Lucas and Luna explore how machine learning is automating everything from receipt capture to policy compliance and fraud detection. They dig into a concrete example: a mid-size professional services firm that cut expense processing time from six days to under 24 hours, while also flagging duplicate submissions and out-of-policy charges in real time. They discuss the tech under the hood — optical character recognition, natural language processing, and anomaly detection models — and how these tools are shifting finance teams from data entry to strategic analysis. The hosts also weigh the privacy trade-offs and what happens when AI makes a mistake. If you've ever saved a crumpled receipt in your wallet, this episode is for you. #AIExpenseReports #ExpenseAutomation #FinanceTech #WorkplaceAI #ReceiptOCR #FraudDetection #PolicyCompliance #FinanceTeam #BusinessPodcast #FexingoBusiness #FutureOfWork #WorkTech #AIProductivity #MachineLearning #CorporateFinance #AIinFinance #ExpenseManagement #TechPodcast Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
