Lucas and Luna explore the business of gaming — not the latest releases, but the balance sheets, studio dynamics, and strategic decisions behind them. Each episode picks a company like Electronic Arts, Tencent, or Embracer Group and examines its recent earnings, studio acquisitions, or publishing deals. They talk about why Microsoft bought Activision Blizzard, what the Unity runtime fee means for indie developers, and how Netflix's gaming push fits its streaming strategy. Lucas brings the numbers and market context; Luna tests assumptions and considers the creative tension inside studios. Their conversations avoid hype and focus on real data: revenue per title, subscriber churn for Game Pass, or the profitability of free-to-play models. Listeners get a clear, specific view of how gaming companies actually make money, where the risks are, and what the next moves might be. This show is for people who follow the business press but want a deeper look at an industry where entertainment and

Sep 29, 20269 minS5
We break down the counterintuitive strategy of game publishers investing in physical merchandise to drive digital engagement. From limited-edition steelbooks to high-end statue releases, we analyze why tangible goods are becoming a critical lever for player retention and community building in an increasingly virtual landscape. We look at specific margins, supply chain logistics, and how physical items extend the lifecycle of live-service games beyond their digital peak. #GameStudios #PhysicalCollectibles #LiveServiceGames #GamingBusiness #PlayerRetention #MerchandiseStrategy #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #DigitalEngagement #SupplyChainManagement #GamingIndustryTrends #ConsumerBehavior #BrandLoyalty #EconomicAnalysis #TechBusiness #MarketingStrategy #InteractiveEntertainment #VentureCapital Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo
Game development has become an endurance sport, and the industry is paying a steep price. This episode examines how the shift to live-service models and perpetual crunch culture has led to unprecedented burnout among studio employees. We look at specific data from recent surveys showing retention rates dropping below forty percent in key engineering roles, and explore why major publishers are struggling to keep talent despite record revenues. From Ubisoft's restructuring efforts to independent studios adopting four-day work weeks, we analyze the human cost behind the pixels and what it means for the future of interactive entertainment. #GameDev #StudioBurnout #CrunchCulture #EmployeeRetention #LiveServiceGames #UbisoftRestructuring #WorkLifeBalance #GamingIndustry #TechJobs #MentalHealthInTech #FourDayWeek #GamePublishers #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #TechTrends2026 #HumanCapital #StudioManagement #InteractiveEntertainment Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

In this episode, we explore how leading interactive entertainment companies are building internal data pipelines to handle intellectual property rights and reduce dependency on third-party scrapers. We look at the specific engineering challenges of curating high-quality assets for machine learning models and why owning your data stack is becoming a competitive moat rather than just a technical necessity. #GameDevelopment #ArtificialIntelligence #DataEngineering #MachineLearningCosts #IntellectualProperty #TechBusiness #GamingIndustry #StudioOperations #ContentCreation #DigitalAssets #FexingoBusiness #BusinessPodcast #LucasAndLuna #InteractiveEntertainment #PublishingStrategy #SoftwareEngineering #CreativeTech #DataPrivacy Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo

If you have a concern about deliverability, AI quality, data privacy, or whether this will actually work for your specific situation, it's probably answered below.
What is the difference between Founder Solo and Founder Pro?
Founder Solo gives you 50 AI pitches per month using the credit model (Standard pitches cost 1 credit, Enriched pitches cost 2). Founder Pro raises that to 200 credits per month and adds full Booking Probability access, unlimited Magic Match, Apollo enrichment credits, and data export capabilities. Both plans use the same credit system, so you can stretch your monthly budget further by using Standard-mode drafting.
How do agency tiers work?
Agency tiers have no base fee. You pay per managed client and per talent profile. Agency Standard is $199 per client per month; Agency Pro is $399 per client per month. Both add $39 per talent profile per month. Your own team's user seats are always free.
What is a talent profile?
A talent profile represents one person (founder, executive, or spokesperson) you are booking onto podcasts. It includes their bio, topics, headshots, and outreach history. Team plans include 5 profiles; agency plans are pay-as-you-go.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the current billing period. Contact support if you need help migrating between plan families.
Do you offer a free trial?
Every paid plan includes a 15-day free trial. Your card is saved at signup but you will not be charged until day 16. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No charges after that. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you reactivate.
Is the 20% annual discount automatic?
Yes. Select Annual on the pricing toggle and the discounted price is applied automatically at checkout. The annual price shown is the full year cost.
What if I have more than 50 profiles or 20 clients?
That is our Enterprise tier. Contact our sales team and we will build a custom plan with volume pricing, a dedicated account manager, and SLA guarantees.
