  Are you suffering from Spiritual Burnout? Do you feel under pressure to maintain a high vibration at all times? Do you tell yourself you cannot indulge in negative thinking because we are manifesting our thoughts? If so, your soul may be on the verge of a spiritual breakdown. Soul evolution is not a race to the finish. There is no deadline and the most harmonious and holistic approach to raising our vibration is by riding the universal waves, learning the universal currents and responding by allowing ourselves to sometimes have a down day. When we deny our true feelings and try to maintain a high every day even in the face of disaster, we are not benefitting our soul development. In this video I talk about how to navigate the hard times without sinking into victimhood and how important it is to be honest with ourselves when we are just not feeling it - our body, mind, spirit knows the truth even when we don’t admit it to ourselves and that can create health issues - the exact opposite of what we are trying to do. Instead we can do the shadow work - allow ourselves to sit in quiet contemplation accept the Divine timing and wait for the right cosmic alignment to resume our quest for spiritual enlightenment. We were never meant to be perfect or perfectly happy all of the time but neither were we meant to suffer.   What Your Aura Colors Mean: Find Your Personality Type and Identify Your Aura Color(s) - you may have more than one dominant color.
