Bethanie Mattek-Sands is an American tennis player, nine-time Grand Slam doubles champion, Olympic gold medalist and former world No. 1 in women’s doubles. She has won 30 WTA doubles titles, including five women’s doubles Grand Slams and four mixed doubles Grand Slams. She won mixed doubles gold at the 2016 Rio Olympics with Jack Sock, won the 2011 Hopman Cup with John Isner and helped the United States win the 2017 Fed Cup. A two-time Olympian, she also reached a career-high singles ranking of No. 30, competed in four WTA singles finals and reached the singles fourth round at Wimbledon and the French Open.
